Procedure
1st phase: Applicants need first to submit a concept note
The information provided in the concept note will enable the evaluation committee of TDC to make a first assessment of the applicant organisation and the proposed project.
2nd phase: Selected organisations (following a positive evaluation of the concept note by the evaluation committee) are:
- Either, proposed assistance in the elaboration of a financial plan and sales&marketing strategy, in the case where the evaluation committee judges this necessary before inviting the organisation to submit a full project proposal
- Either, invited to submit a full project proposal, consisting of the application form and budget.
