Financial Management and Marketing Support

The financial support provided by the TDC aims at supporting the development of producer organisations in a sustainable way. So, it is important that the projects presented show that the planned activities are financially viable and that there is a clear and coherent financial plan and commercial strategy (business case).
To develop such a business case the TDC provides assistance in financial management and marketing.

The support offered consists of:

  1. Support in drawing up a financial plan
    2. Balance sheets, projected income, cash flow, investment plan
  2. Coaching in marketing
    3. Participatory elaboration of the sales and marketing strategy of the organisation by transferring concrete, structured and professional know-how (market analysis, business strategy, marketing mix, commercial management)
  3. Elaboration of the project file based on the financial plan and the sales and marketing strategy.
